This 18th century Danish cottage - in the heart of Copenhagen, was tired and neglected. Over the years all of the original details from the interior of the house had been removed and replaced with cheap low quality materials. There was no character or sole left in the property.

The brief was to reinstate the house to its original identity and charm, with a modern scandinavian feel.

The project was a full renovation of both levels of the property - to produce a creative and design lead family home, that was also comfortable and practical.

The renovation included /

. Complete new floor plan and layout on both levels of the house
. Introducing open plan living and light filled spaces, making use of every square meter of the property
. Removal and re-position of stairs & installation of new bespoke made staircase
. Custom designed Bamboo Kitchen
. Tailor made microcement floor throughout first floor
. New ceiling on second floor, exposing a reconditioning original wooden beams

Cosmetic upgrade included /

. Complete new colour scheme throughout
. Addition of new lighting positioning and lamps
. Bespoke made curtains, drapes & blinds
. Selection of furniture, textiles, art & details
